Request must be accompanied by proof it is a 501(c)3 charity, copy of most recent IRS Form 990, current financial statements, a detailed budget of proposed project, a statement assuring grant only to be used for those in Tom Green and adjoining counties, project request providing the needs, goals, activities, time-line, etc. of the project, and an evaluation process to be used to measure the success of the project when completed.

Deadlines: Applications accepted anytime. Response within 3 months.

Restrictions: The Foundation awards grants to charities that provide assistance to youth (persons under age 18) and elderly (persons over age 70) of Tom Green County, Texas and adjoining counties.
