How to apply

This foundation reports that it accepts applications.

Scholarship applications should include family data, financial data(notarized statement of federal income, tax return, or social security or dpw statement to verify income) and other data such as year in school, major, and specific need (books, tuition, etc.)

Deadlines: April 15th for Fall semester, November 25th for Spring

Restrictions: Applications are only selected from residents from Erie County area and only for colleges and universities that confer four year degrees.
