How to apply

This foundation reports that it accepts applications.

Application Form and required attachements:1. Name, address, contact name and title.2. Verification of tax exempt status.3. List of Board members and percent who donate money to the organization.4. List key staff members, titles and functions.5. Copy of last Form 990.6. Most recent audited financial statements.7. Detailed budget of project for which funds are sought.8. Give Mission Statement or charitable purpose.9. Title and description of project.All recipients must submit and accounting of project implementation and use of funds by June 1 of the year following the grant.

Deadlines: September 1

Restrictions: One-half of the Foundation's yearly grants must be made to the Boys and Girls Club of Sonoma Valley, CA. The other half must be given to 501(c)(3) organizations serving the youth of Sonoma Valley. No grants may be made to organizations affiliated with a public or private school.
