This foundation reports that it accepts applications.

Qualified applicants are identified by school administrators. Applications are then submitted to the trustees. Grants are also sometimes made to Community Colleges who select students based upon criteria set by the trustees. The trustees monitor the residency of the recipients chosen by the Community Colleges.

Restrictions: Scholarships are limited to residents of Martin County, NC attending higher education institutions.
