How to apply

This foundation reports that it accepts applications.

Applications must be submitted online through the Scholarship America U. S. Steel Scholarship Program Hub.

Deadlines: Submissions are open between January 15 and March 1

Restrictions: Applicants must be the son or daughter of active, full-time employees of U. S. Steel. Employees must have attained one year of service before the scholarship application deadline and applicants must be high school seniors who plan to enroll in a full-time undergraduate course of study at an accredited two- or four-year college or university or vocational/technical school in the United States for the entire 2024-2025 academic year. Students attending United States service academies or foreign colleges/universities are not eligible.
