Restrictions: LIMITED TO SURVIVORS OF VICTIMS OF 9/11 AND WARS IN IRAQ AND AFGHANISTAN AS WELL AS CHILDREN OF RESCUE WORKERS DISABLED BY THE EVENTS OF 9/11.
