A Grant application can be found at: https://www.bluestone.bank/home/about-us/grants Applicants must be prepared to include with their proposals the following documents: a copy of the their IRS Determination Letter of 501(c)(3) status and tax identification number; a cover letter identifying the objective of the applicant's proposal; a project budget; a list of funding sources for the proposal, if beyond support from the Foundation; a list of the applicant's Board Members and a detail of Board Participation; and information regarding any relationship between the applicant and Bluestone Bank.

Deadlines: The Foundation has historically considered grant applications every three months.

Restrictions: The Foundation prioritizes local organizations that create a positive impact in the community, and that benefit predominantly low-to-moderate income households. Historically, this means that the Foundation has focused on organizations that target: affordable housing and homelessness issues; economic development and community partnerships; health and human services; education, youth services, and literacy; and special projects and capacity building.
