This foundation reports that it accepts applications.

Completed scholarship application.For high school seniors only, a letter of recommendation from one of the applicants teachers.Signed and completed most recent federal income tax return of the applicants parents.Statement of estimated expenses and estimated support.Essay that states your educational goals, goals in life or of a family, financial or other circumstances that you feel merit special consideration.Resume that includes extracurricular activities.Copy of financial aid award letter from the college you are planning on attending.

Deadlines: High school seniors May 1st and college students June 1st.

Restrictions: Restricted to post secondary education for boys and girls who are residents of Gardner, Massachusetts, whether they attend Gardner High School or any other high school.
