ALL APPLICATIONS WILL HAVE TO BE IN WRITING AND MUST INCLUDE THE NAME OF THE REQUESTING ORGANIZATION, PROOF THAT IT IS AN ORGANIZATION DESCRIBED IN IRC SECTION 170(C), ITS PURPOSE, THE AMOUNT OF THE GRANT BEING REQUESTED AND AN EXPLANATION OF THE PROGRAM FOR WHICH THE PROCEEDS WILL BE USED.
Restrictions: THE PRIMARY (BUT NOT THE EXCLUSIVE) FOCUS OF THE FOUNDATION WILL BE THE MID-HUDSON REGION OF NEW YORK STATE.
